Welcome and thank you for officiating at the 2026 PVSC Spring Classic

Youth soccer does not happen without officials, like yourself, willing to referee. 

Early bird registration is closed.

• If you register by April 1, 2025  AND referee at least 6 games total at the 2026 Spring Classic Tournament, you are guaranteed to receive a $40 bonus for early registration.
• PVSC compensates referees at one of the highest tournament rates in the state.
• We will feed you well including whole fruit, fresh sandwiches, snacks, food truck vouchers etc.
• We will provide water dispensers in the referee tent for you to refill your reusable water bottle.
• Medical services will be on site and available if needed. Provided by PortMed. 
• Our goal is to have all games assigned ahead of time.
• Payments will be sent electronically through Got Ref Pay the Friday following the tournament (barring unforeseen complications). **If you need alternate payment options please email us at tournament@pvscunited.com **
• You will be required to have a current W9 and Direct Deposit associated with your account to be paid out. No paper checks will be issued.
• You will receive multiple updates prior to tournament weekend through email so make sure you give an email you check often.

In addition, we have a limited number of hotel accommodations available for referees that live 60 miles or more away from Pocatello and:

• commit to refereeing at least 6 games at the tournament AND
• Agree to share a room with another referee (you can give roommate preference on the registration form)
• Are 18 years of age or older (minors will only be housed if staying in a room with a legal guardian who is referring at the tournament)
• Are not also playing in the tournament (player/referees are expected to be housed with your team).

Hotel rooms are limited this year due to the availability. Based on previous years data we should have enough but, if we run out, preference will be given in order of registration sign ups.

• By registering you are confirming you are a currently certified 2026 USSF referee in good standing.
• You agree to know and fulfill all standards of the Laws of the Game as a Certified Referee and/or Assistant Referee. This includes procedures, ethics and accountability including but not limited to the following:
  • Accepting all assignments given regardless of referee position or age group (we will do our very best to only assign you the age group you have requested)
  • Arriving to the referee headquarters at least 30 minutes before your first scheduled game of the day and to arrive at each field 15 minutes before the scheduled kick off time
  • Not to register until you are sure you can referee the tournament weekend
  • Respond to all tournament officials communications in a timely fashion. 
  • Not to take any other assignments elsewhere on the dates you commit to the PVSC Spring Classic. You are responsible to block schedules or notify any other assignors so they do not schedule you.
